Surface treatment of cage framework:

It roughly divided into three ways: phosphating,galavanized processing,organic silcon powder electrostatic spray coating.

In the past,we often use stainless steel 316L as the material of framework in the bad condition of power plant,waste incineration plant.Due to the cost is so high,the customer can’t accept it.In recent two years,we use mild steel as raw material,the surface use imported organic silcon powder electrostatic spray coating.The cost of this type is much cheaper than stainless steel,and it is anticorrosion, thermostability.Now it is popular used by users,and got high praise from them.

 

The vertical bar, horizontal ring, spacing ring, length, the diameter of the ring and the shape of the cage can be according with the requirement from client.
